Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and selected countries in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Latin America. If your country is available at checkout, we ship there.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Total estimated delivery time, including processing:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe: 7-12 business days
Australia, New Zealand, Japan and all other countries: 10-18 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays or peak seasons.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $4.99 per order, to every country we ship to.
Free standard shipping on orders over $65.

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may be displayed in your local currency.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Any duties or taxes not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility.

Knife shipping restrictions

Some countries, states and cities restrict the sale, import or possession of certain bladed items. Please make sure the products you order are legal to own and import at your delivery address. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase knives from Valken. Orders to restricted destinations may be cancelled and refunded.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email help@valkenknives.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but we'll do our best to help if you contact us before the order ships.
